We have been with Phoenix since 2011 and I’m writing to say; in addition to the peace of mind of being secure, the customer service is fantastic! We have a complicated system, a condo and a townhouse next door to each other and Eric masterfully installed a wireless system covering both properties, operating from one master panel. Over the years we have had no issues that weren’t resolved immediately, we operate the system remotely on our mobile devices and Eric is also masterful at explaining what to do if we have a glitch, which is seldom. And on a side note, we are old and technologically challenged and Eric has been patient and kind with us, a true testament of wonderful customer service! We are sincerely grateful to be watched over by Phoenix. Thank you Phoenix and thank you Eric!!!
